The Ken Onion Edition Knife & Tool Sharpener Mk.2™ is a versatile and user-friendly electric sharpener, developed in collaboration with renowned knife designer Ken Onion. The sharpener uses a flexible belt system that adapts to the shape and contours of the blade, making it suitable for everything from kitchen knives and pocket knives to scissors and small tools. With an adjustable angle guide (15°–30°), you can easily select the right sharpening angle for both fine edges and more robust blades. The new Mk.2 version features improved ergonomics, lower noise levels, and more precise speed control – all designed for an even more comfortable and controlled sharpening experience.

The variable speed control allows you to sharpen gently or quickly, depending on the material and task at hand. The entire sharpening process is built around a clear and safe workflow, making it easy to achieve a professional and consistent result every time.
