The oxygen logger can be used for experiments where the level of free oxygen in the air or dissolved in water must be measured, e.g. in biology and physics / chemistry. It can also measure temperatures in solid, liquid and gas. It can be used both in the laboratory and in the field.
The logger has two ways of collecting data: "Open air" where the oxygen concentration is measured as gas in air in% or "dissolved", where the dissolved oxygen content is measured in a liquid measured as mg / L.
The units of measurement are:
- Oxygen% in air: The concentration of gaseous oxygen present in the sample.
- mg / L: The total amount of dissolved oxygen per liter of a given liquid sample.
- Oxygen% in water: The percentage of dissolved oxygen relative to the maximum oxygen saturation level.
It is a pre-calibrated logger, ie. it is finely tuned and aligned to the measured units when you receive it. This allows you to start using the logger as soon as you receive it.
